The Billing Tab

The billing tab provides much of the billing functionality of Smile. Both accounts and subscriptions have billing tabs (plans are defined in the subscription view).

Of note: rating (usage collection) and invoicing cycles can be different, private plans can be added to wholesale customers, arbitrary recurring charges can be added to individual accounts (and subscriptions), reminders can be configured on an individual basis, and “stationery” (branding) can be applied individually.

Also visible on this page is the list of commission-earning sales agents for this account. Agents can also be specified at the subscription level.

Finally, the “GST Config” allows the GST status of individual services on the account to be managed. This is necessary when services are provided to customers resident overseas.
